Tips For Wedding Day Hair

By Dennis E. Price

A visit to the hairdressers is one thing we can't avoid. Some visit more than others due to the quick growth of their hair. At some point in our lives we have all had one bad hair day in which we were not completely satisfied with our new hair cut. We feel let down as our hair cut doesn't look anything like the hair style of the model in the photo.

You don't want any of that to happen on your wedding day. Best advice would be to plan ahead and try several different styles at your saloon. Search through the internet for different ideas for your wedding day. Then ask your hairdresser to practise different styles on you.

Search online for hot tips on latest wedding designs and trends. Ask your neighbours, friends and family for any advice they can give and hopefully you can stop any disasters from happening.

By planning in advance you will give yourself a good chance of having an exceptional hair do for your day. Remember the important factors which are hair style that suits you and your hair type. The most important factor what accessories you will be wearing that day.

A good hairdresser will give you lots of ideas and tips on what to try for your wedding day. If you can keep the same hairdresser you normally visit as they will know your hair and what styles suit you best. Brides should look for a hairdresser who can give unpartial advice leaving the final decision up to you.

If you have time before your wedding. A good idea would be to go on several visits bringing with you all your wedding hair pieces and try out various different hair styles. After a number of weeks you will eventually whittle the style down to the one for you.

Think about the wedding venue and what theme you are having on your day. An outdoor beach affair will require a lot of planning due to the elements. Whereas an indoor small affair does not need to take the weather into account when planning a hair do.

A good plan when you go to the saloon that morning is to wear a blouse or cardi with buttons. This is easier to take off and slip on your wedding gown rather than trying to take a top off over your head undoing all the good work your hairdresser has done that morning.

Plan your wedding morning down to the last minute as you don't want to spend the morning in the hairdressers leaving you with only a few minutes spare to get ready when you arrive home.
